Our scope spans operational, front-of-house and management roles where luxury standards apply. We do not cover unskilled or volume positions — they are outside our standard of validation.

Every candidate is reviewed by our validation team across six dimensions: luxury experience, languages, presence and communication, career stability, operational standard, and legal status and availability. Validation is human, not automated.

We include a replacement guarantee with every engagement. If the candidate does not meet expectations within the agreed window, we re-validate and present a new shortlist at no additional cost. Specific conditions vary per plan.

Yes. UAE visa status, Emirates ID and right-to-work are confirmed before any candidate reaches your shortlist. We do not present profiles whose legal status is unresolved.
